Perform quality assurance inspections to achieve compliance with contract plans and specifications on all phases of trackwork, station and structures construction including grading, paving, SWPP, drainage and utility systems construction.2. Checking grades and alignment.3. Maintain an awareness of safety and health requirements and assuring compliance of applicable regulations and contract provisions for the protection of the public and construction personnel.4. Prepare detailed daily inspection reports and photographs.5. Perform quantity calculations and measurement of contract unit price bid items for progress pay estimates and keep daily records of same.6. Assist in the preparation of final As-Built plans.7.
