Details: Function:  Administrative / Other Pay Type:  Non-Exempt Position Number:  10703400 QA Clerk II Employee Type:  Full Time Relocation:  No SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the investigation and resolution of customer product claims. The TM will work closely with the services centers, interview claimants and review documents pertinent to the claims. As part of the investigation process this position will use Accounts Receivable, Billing, Sales, Traffic, Material Handling and QA to resolve claims. This position may also assist in the claims reporting process.
