Details: Telecommute:   Experience:  3 - 5 years Degree:  BA/BS Compensation:   NERC CIP Compliance AnalystCCCi has an opportunity for solid NERC CIP Compliance Analysts to work with our Energy client here in Charlotte. This role is primarily responsible for providing support and contribution into developing and implementing expectations, strategies, objectives, initiatives and measures pertaining to NERC CIP compliance. NERC CIP Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:¾ Provides support and contributes to the on-going strategy of the NERC CIP Compliance program to meet regulatory and company requirements¾ Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of NERC CIP compliance controls, regulatory matters, security, business applications, critical infrastructure¾ Provides support towards consultation, interpretation, administration, and implementation of contractual, regulatory, and reliability documents¾ Composes responses to legal and regulatory inquiries¾ Knowledgeable and proficient in use of tools and procedures for the NERC CIP program¾ Serves as an interface between team members, business units, support groups, corporate areas, contractors, and vendors to ensure appropriate communication and problem resolution.NERC CIP Compliance Analyst Required Skills:¾ Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field¾ At least 2 years utility, cyber security, auditing, compliance, regulatory or related experience and at least 1 year NERC CIP compliance experience¾ At least 6 years utility, cyber security, auditing, compliance, regulatory or related experience with at least 1 year NERC CIP compliance experience¾ Demonstrated good listening skills and ability to put forth the effort to understand others points of view¾ Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with a high degree of integrityNERC CIP Compliance Analyst Preferred Skills: ¾ Able to work effectively with minimally defined direction requiring some degree of judgment.¾ Demonstrated ability to work independently with some supervisory review and direction¾ Demonstrated excellent listening and communication skills; able to present complex information in an understandable manner both verbal and written to peer levels within the organization and multiple levels within the organization as well as regulatory entities and other utility representatives¾ Demonstrated ability to absorb change and continue with positive results¾ Demonstrated ability to exhibit confidence and a proper level of assertiveness when needed; displays maturity in approach and ability to effectively handle stress and frustration.
