Compliance Director

Details: Compliance DirectorPOSITION OVERVIEW: Oversees implementation and execution of policies and procedures to federal, state laws and regulations, state licensing requirements and the quality control function. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to: Reviews establishment policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Communicates, implements and trains regulation changes as they relate to each business division.  Areas to be covered include management, operations, and product offerings. Works closely with each manager to ensure that applicable changes to laws and regulations are implemented, observed and followed.    Manages the revision of policies, handbooks and procedures. Deploys, manages and supports the company’s compliance-related programs to include training, testing and reporting. Manages and oversees disaster recovery, contingency planning, and records retention and destruction. Supervises compliance audits and provides audit results to management. Informs and advises management team of conditions and status of compliance or the need of compliance to laws and regulations.  Provides resolutions and suggestions in order for company to be in compliance at all times. Administers Quality and Compliance Plans. Responsible for the state licensing. Responsible for annual reporting and filing. Reports and metrics as on a monthly and quarterly basis showing employee and management training along with findings that show compliance or needs. Other duties as assigned.
