Benefits Compliance Consultant

Details: Manages the delivery of compliance services to clients and prospects regarding COBRA, ERISA and HIPAA regulatory provisions. Acts as a resource on federal and state laws relating to Health and Welfare issues. Oversees development and distribution of client compliance materials and the creation, maintenance and delivery of client compliance summaries and research tools. Interacts with regulatory bodies (Department of Labor, the IRS, Department of Managed Health Care, Dept of Health and Human Services, etc.) to identify and address new regulatory obligations related to Health and Welfare issues. Conducts onsite and offsite client seminars on state and federal mandates related to Health and Welfare issues.
