Database Marketing Campaign Manager

Details: The Database Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the direct mail production for the US including the implementation of strategic offer and creative tests.  This includes acting as a liaison between LLSA, our printer and our data processing center to ensure timely, accurate production of all the company’s direct mail pieces as well as complete invoicing and managing the creative review process.    Coordinate with printer/mail house and data processing center for timely, accurate delivery of all direct mail projects. Plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns Write and proofread draft copy points and creative comps.  Obtain approval for Marketing's direct mail creative and proofs. Manages outsourced, proofreading activity Manage vendor relationships: Work with outside vendors such as creative vendor, mail house, data vendor, proofreader, USPS, etc. to assist with the successful execution of campaigns. Manages and develops internal relationship with the Call Center, Field Team Members, other Marketing Channels, etc., to maintain seamless communication streams regarding Marketing tests, results, next steps, etc. Monitor mail deliveries via Track-my-mail or other delivery notification tool. Track direct marketing project budgets and schedules.  Meet all marketing deadlines. Manage the marketing phone number request process for the company. Coordinate all aspects of the direct marketing package offer and price tests. Interacts regularly with senior management and board members on the development and approval of tests. Organize and maintain documentation specifying campaign details for all campaign executions. Develop any campaign design document required by marketing process (e.g. campaign requirements, campaign flows, project calendars, communication plans, etc.). Communicate and address any data issues and solutions to impacted parties involved in a campaign, including outside partners. Work with Database Marketing team members and senior management to recommend, plan, develop and implement tactical plans to support marketing strategies. Work with the Marketing Project Analyst to optimize audience selection. Provide back up to Direct Mail Specialist and International Campaign Coordinator as needed. Responsible for implementing effective campaigns that improve company revenue. Make suggestions regarding continuous improvement process.  Lead as appropriate, change, cost saving efforts, etc.
