Run daily Quality Reports and provide them to the CSS Management Team for follow up. Initiates and/or coordinates quality related data from service activities and reports these data using statistical techniques.Job Function: Complete tasks and projects to improve the quality and productivity of service processes including Oracle-CRM functionality. Investigate service process value streams and recommend changes needed to improve service call handling across the service organization. Ability to create advanced reports and dashboards in OBI to support service performance needs. Run quality reports to monitor and improve service processes. Makes recommendations to management for improvement to quality metrics. Acts as a liaison between service organizations to ensure accurate and timely product communications. Acts as a motivated, innovative and resourceful team player to complete service initiatives. Ability to map complex service processes and write documentation for Standard Operating Procedures.
