Quality Intermediate Analyst Team Lead Team Lead Mentor Team Members on all aspects of Quality Control concepts.Ownership of auditing the work of the Performing Servicing Special Loans department. Responsible to complete quality reviews of Special Loan cases/processes for the Servicing Special Loan area and staff.  Evaluate accuracy and adherence to compliance/regulatory guidelines within specific tasks and loan level transactions.   Completion of quality reviews of peers to ensure consistency within our quality team. Communication of quality results through required reporting channels.  Identification of performance and/or training issues.  Work closely with Offshore peers by overseeing capacity, assist with training new efforts and validating their accuracy of production. Suggestion of innovative process improvements for Special Loans and Quality Services.  Assist leaders within Special Loans by ensuring a complete understanding of the quality process.Develop monthly plan to ensure necessary reviews/audits are conducted/completed. Complete required  reviews/audits within established deadlines.  Conduct and/or participate in necessary calibration sessions. Ensure reports are accurate.  Effectively speak to significant improvements or opportunities in results.
