Serves as a liaison between physicians and health care personnel and the various hospital committees. Implements programs and provides staff education related to quality tools, risk reduction techniques and compliance documents. Provides trended reporting for intervention and continuous improvement for the risk management and patient safety programs. Responsible for completing hospital's sentinel event/near miss reporting and investigation process. Works collaboratively with physicians, management, and staff to ensure optimal performance and quality of patient care within the organization.
