Details: The Doe Fund (TDF) is a leading New York City non-profit organization that operates the enormously popular and highly visible Ready, Willing & Able program. Its participants can be seen cleaning 150 miles of NYC streets and sidewalks each day in paid transitional jobs that represent the core of the program. With a $50 million budget, over 400 staff members and 46,000 individual donors, TDF is nationally acclaimed as a work-based model for solving homelessness and criminal recidivism. TDF is currently seeking a results driven individual to serve as Director of Supportive Services and Quality Assurance. Reporting to the Executive Director of Programs, the Director of Supportive Services and Quality Assurance will be responsible for overseeing The Doe’s Fund’s supportive services and providing quality assurance throughout its programs. The position is also responsible for report writing and the development of policy. As a critical member of a close-working team that provides services to formerly homeless and incarcerated persons, this individual will also when needed have the opportunity to engage clients and directly impact their success.RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide guidance on performance improvement and quality assurance across programs Work with Program Directors to improve service delivery Assist in program development and implementation Provide training to staff as needed Oversee Relapse Prevention Services Respond to information requests via email, postal correspondence and phone Conduct investigation of client grievances and complaints Assist in the preparation and submission of program reports Generate reports as requested Develop policy and procedures Engage clients when needed Provide oversight and guidance on special projects Perform other duties as assigned
