This position is required to conduct impact anlaysis of patches and software upgrades mandated as well as document any changes to baseline software and configurations. Determine tasks assignments and LOEs of changes for the SIE Operations Team. The Lead Systems Engineer performs installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support of data and communications networks. Monitoring firewalls, routers, and other components are required to support system integration and testing functions. The Lead Systems Engineer will set up and configure isolated network subnets to facilitate controlled data interface testing and network loading. In addition, this role must be able to join test networks to a larger enterprise domain including domain controllers, Domain Naming Systems, Active Directory services, and other enterprise management service. This position will support the preparation of SIE computing networks and subnets for application and service integration testing. This person must be able to independently execute required network preparations on schedule in accordance application documentation.Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems.NGEN experience precludes candidates from consideration on this project.
