The Tax Compliance Specialist will assist with the consolidated tax return in cooperation with Tax Manager and external tax advisers. Assist in tax compliance projects to improve overall efficiency of tax processes and enhance controllership, manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax provision process and account reconciliations in accordance with company policy, assist in various tax projects and initiatives, and perform tax research and analysis as needed. The right candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in taxation, at least 3+ years of relevant tax experience gained in a corporate environment, well organized and detail oriented, experience in compiling larger multinational income tax provisions and tax returns, strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work both independently and as a team player.
