Details: Job Title: Operations AnalystPay: 60k-90k DOELocation:Salt Lake City,UtahShift: Monday – Friday 8am-5pmWe are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team.Duties and Responsibilities:Research and identify root causes and reported bugs and issuesProvide second tier support for Customer Service TeamSetup, configure, and administer Galileo products and processes as requiredAdminister, develop and test Unix shell scripts for process automationWork with application developers to specify and design fixes to existing processes as well as new processesWork with the database administrator to maintain and enhance the current database environmentMonitor servers, processes and logs through the use of in-house monitoring systemsPerform selected operations tasks as neededParticipant on 'on-call' rotation as neededOther duties and assignments as neededQualifications:2-5 years experience in operations or database knowledge of customer service and support functions required2-5 years experience with database systems and SQL query design and optimization required2-5 years experience with Linux requiredExperience with Oracle and MySQL database systems preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline driven environmentExcellent relationship skillsKnowledge of MS Office applicationsPlease send resumes to: Applicant may be subject to a background check:A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
